A London, Ontario real estate team backed by a business brokerage
Sunset Living is the residential real-estate division of Liquid Sunset Business Brokers Inc., a London, Ontario brokerage known for selling businesses through planned, marketed campaigns rather than list-and-wait. The same discipline now applies to homes: preparation, professional marketing and purposeful negotiation on every listing.
The team is intentionally small. Randall Weese, Broker of Record, Nick Kirkpatrick, Sales Representative, and Matt Ciraco, Broker, each handle a limited number of clients at a time, supported by an in-house marketing team, so every buyer and seller works directly with a licensed realtor from first call to closing.
